Members of your team and even your customers can request lien waivers from you through zlien. Anyone can select who they are selecting a waiver from, the project needing a waiver and waiver type. From there, you receive a notification of the waiver request that is pending your approval. Check it out here: Lien Waiver Requests
Instead of presenting a holistic view of future actions and deadlines for every project, we eliminated the distraction by making the default views simpler and more actionable, focusing only on what you need to do next, and breaking down actions and deadlines into categories based on the project lifecycle. See more on these changes here: LienPilot Changes
Over recent weeks, zlien's team of developers has diligently been working to refactor lien waivers through the LienPilot for our users to provide you with easy and fast waivers. This post will cover generating your own waivers through the Waiver Express tab and from within a project. Check out the updates here: Generating Waivers
Folks frequently reach out to zlien asking, "What's the next step?" Since every state has different deadlines and requirements, what next step you should take and when will vary. You can always find the answer in your LienPilot. Learn how you can determine your next steps here: Next Actions
