Here's how we can track the success of your receivables

In order to track the success of your projects in the LienPilot, we need to know which jobs have been paid.  You are welcome to send us your aging or data updating us on what jobs have been paid.  In addition to tracking the success of projects, you can use the LienPilot to track your lien deadlines.  By sending completion dates, the system will determine your mechanics lien or bond claim deadlines. 

If you would like to track your projects' lien deadlines and success:

• Fill out this form and your account manager will work with you to start tracking
• Include completion data in your data imports
• Include paid project data in your data imports
