Users schedule basic training once their account has already been set, and they would like a better understanding of the platform to successfully manage projects and file documents. New users may be completely new to zlien, but can be also be a new sub-user on an existing account.

Advanced: Continued Education Webinars
Choose from a series of customizable courses on lien law and industry best practices. These courses help your team develop professionally by building skills and knowledge. Continuing Education courses are led by zlien Payment Experts and are available in webinar style or in person. Available courses include Sales Team Training, Lien Law Basics, and State-Specific Lien Law 101.
In-person: New User Training and/or Continued Education Sessions
In-person training for new users on the zlien platform interested in utilizing all features and adding custom account settings, such as multiple users, custom messages on notices and workflow settings for seamless automation. A user success manager will visit your team to conduct group or one-on-one sessions. In-person sessions are recommended for large groups who prefer a group demontration and introdcution and one-on-one questions and answers.
